

Ebay: E-commerce firm eBay Inc said on Tuesday, it will lay off 500 employees globally representing 4% of its total workforce. The move, which is the second instance of job cuts in six months, sent the company's share up 2%. Twilio: Cloud communications company Twilio said it was eliminating about 17% roles and closing some offices as part of a restructuring effort to focus on profitability. This will be the second round of job cuts for the entertainment giant this year after CEO Bob Iger announced in February that the firm laid off 7,000 employees. As per a report by Business Insider, Disney may sack at least 4,000 current employees in April.
